REFUND / EXCHANGE
We do not accept any requests for refunds or exchanges. We at .Shi aim to provide you with the best shopping experience, therefore we are happy to offer you a refund for double purchases (referring to 2 purchase of the same item and color). All sales are final and further requests will be turned down.
In the unfortunate event that you have received an incorrect item, please do contact us at via notecard in-world and we will in our best effort resolve it as quickly as possible.
Returns or exchanges for merchandise bought from third-party merchants are not accepted
PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY
We are happy to offer a sale price adjustment on items purchased within Five (5) days of the item being placed on sale.
For example, if you bought the “Arreter” crop top for L$300 and it went on sale Three (3) days later for L$100, we will refund you the difference in credits. In this case, it would be L$200 worth of credits. You can utilize the credits for your next purchase and all credits have no expiry dates. Simply drop us a note card in-world to Joy Laperriere or email firstname.lastname@example.org. All approved requests will be refunded within Five (5) working days.
